1. Initial call and home visit
We start with a conversation about your ideas, budget and timescale, followed by a visit to your home to understand the space and what’s possible.

2. Detailed quote & scope of works

You receive a clear quotation outlining what’s included, how long the work is likely to take and how payments are structured. We’re happy to explain anything in plain English.

3. Scheduling the work

Once you’re happy to go ahead and the deposit is paid, we book your project into our schedule. We typically manage up to two projects at a time to maintain quality and attention.

4. On‑site work

We protect your home as we work, keep the site tidy and update you regularly. A typical dry‑fit kitchen takes around 8 days, and a full bathroom renovation is usually around 2 weeks, depending on complexity.

5. Handover & aftercare

When everything is complete, we walk through the space with you, check the details together and provide any relevant certificates. Our work is covered by a 1‑year warranty.
