WHY A NEW BATHROOM?
Over time, a bathroom is exposed to constant moisture, heat, and daily use, which can cause gradual but serious deterioration. Waterproofing membranes behind tiles can fail, grout lines and silicone seals can crack, and concealed pipework may begin to leak. These issues often develop out of sight, leading to damp, mould growth, and water damage within walls and floors.
Older bathrooms may also suffer from outdated plumbing, poor ventilation, and inefficient fixtures, increasing the risk of condensation and hygiene issues. As materials degrade, the bathroom becomes harder to maintain, less energy-efficient, and more expensive to repair. In many cases, a full bathroom renovation is the most effective solution to restore safety, functionality, and long-term durability.
For new homes and renovation projects, the design and layout of your bathroom are a key part of how your home looks and functions.
We understand that every household has different needs, preferences, and budgets. From layout and finishes to tiles, fittings, and lighting, choices often need to suit both your lifestyle and the character of your home. We guide you through suitable materials, layouts, and installation options, making sure you have the right information to create a bathroom that works beautifully for you.

As of 2026, the average cost to completely renovate a standard-sized UK bathroom is between £5,000 and £8,000. This includes stripping out the old suite, basic plumbing, tiling, and installing standard fixtures. High-end luxury bathrooms, or those requiring significant structural changes (like moving soil pipes), can easily exceed £10,000.

A standard bathroom refit typically takes between 7 to 10 working days (roughly 1.5 to 2 weeks). The process generally follows this timeline: ripping out the old suite (1 day), "first fix" plumbing and electrics (1–2 days), plastering and waiting for it to dry (2–3 days), tiling and flooring (2–3 days), and final installation of fixtures (1–2 days).
