Nuova Referral Scheme - Terms and Conditions

  1. The Nuova Referral Scheme ("the Scheme") is operated by Nuova Home Improvements Ltd ("Nuova").

  2. A qualifying referral occurs when a person introduced to Nuova by an existing or past client ("the Referrer") signs a contract with Nuova for a qualifying project and that project is completed.

  3. Qualifying projects are full kitchen installations, full bathroom installations, house extensions, loft conversions and garage conversions. Partial works, such as standalone repairs, part-refits or individual fitting jobs, do not qualify for a referral reward.

  4. The referral reward is £250 for full kitchen and bathroom installations, and £750 for house extensions, loft conversions. One reward is payable per project, regardless of the scope of work. Where a single project includes work from more than one category, for example an extension with a new kitchen, only the higher reward of £750 applies. Rewards are not combined or paid per work type.

  5. The Referrer may choose to receive the reward as a bank transfer (£250 or £750 depending on project type) or as a gift voucher of higher value (£300 or £600 respectively) from Nuova's current voucher options. The reward is provided within 14 days of practical completion of the referred project and receipt of the client's final payment. Voucher options may change from time to time and vouchers are subject to the issuer's own terms.

  6. The referred client must mention the Referrer's name at the time of their first enquiry, or the Referrer must notify Nuova of the introduction before a quote is issued. Referrals cannot be claimed retrospectively once a quote has been provided.

  7. The referred client must be a new customer of Nuova at a different household address from the Referrer. Self-referrals, and referrals between members of the same household, are not eligible.

  8. There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer may make. Each qualifying referral is rewarded separately.

  9. The complimentary design consultation offered to referred clients has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

  10. If the referred project is cancelled or not completed for any reason, no referral reward is payable.

  11. The Scheme does not apply to projects introduced through paid partnerships, trade arrangements or commercial referral agreements already in place.

  12. Nuova reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Scheme at any time. Referrals made before any change will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of the introduction.

  13. Nuova's decision on eligibility and payment is final. Rewards may be withheld where Nuova reasonably believes the Scheme is being misused.
